Refund Policy

Service Not Delivered

If you do not receive the service/product within the agreed timeline, you may request a full refund.

Defective or Wrong Service

If the delivered service/product is significantly different from what was promised, you are eligible for a refund or free correction.

Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Completed digital services (like completed website development, SEO work, graphic designs) are non-refundable once delivered and approved by the client.
