Return, Refund & Settlement Policy

This policy explains how refunds, returns, and settlements are handled for services purchased from Future Move IT, in alignment with EPS – Easy Payment System and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
Refund Window
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided that service delivery has not started.

Work has started or access has been provided

Digital services once delivered

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@futuremoveit.com

Refunds are initiated by Future Move IT through EPS

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days, subject to bank and gateway processing
Refunds are made from Future Move IT’s account back to the customer’s original payment method.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if applicable.
Any payment gateway or bank fees may be deducted as per EPS and bank policies.
Settlement Policy

Settlements are processed after service delivery confirmation

For digital services, delivery is considered complete once access or files are provided

EPS may hold funds temporarily for verification or compliance purposes
Fraud & Compliance
All transactions are monitored under:

Bangladesh Bank Payment System Regulations
Suspicious transactions may be delayed, reviewed, or reported to authorities.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh and applicable regulations of Bangladesh Bank.
