Payments

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways such as EPS – Easy Payment System.

  • Future Move IT does not store customer payment credentials.

  • Payment confirmation depends on the payment gateway and banking system.

Service Delivery

  • Digital services are considered delivered once access, files, or agreed outputs are provided.

  • Delays caused by incomplete client information or external factors are not our responsibility.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
No refunds are available after service delivery has been completed.

Limitation of Liability

Future Move IT shall not be liable for:

  • Payment gateway downtime or failure

  • Banking or third-party service issues

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Account Suspension & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service if:

  • False or misleading information is provided

  • Activities violate applicable laws

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
